Patients may schedule or request appointments online.

This can be done through our Website, Patient Portal or the Healow App on your cell phone.  If wanting a TeleVisit, please indicate that in the Comments.

DO NOT make appointments for sick visits, immunization visits or if you are a new patient.

If your office does not feel your appointment is appropriate for the time selected, they may call you.

Do not make appointments at an office that you do not go to.
